Business Law Associate Attorney

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig is seeking a motivated associate to join our growing team in the Richmond, VA office.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate with 5 to 10+ years of experience to have direct contact with clients immediately while being mentored in business law on a daily basis.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in the Midlothian area of Richmond, Virginia with the potential to work from home for up to 25% of the work week.

Required Qualifications :

• 5 to 10+ years of litigation or related experience.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent legal writing skills and be comfortable taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, arguing motions, drafting pleadings, and managing deadlines.
• Juris doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to the Virginia State Bar.
