The Customers Experience Specialist is responsible for building relationships with clients, and supporting other departments as needed as well as help enhance the customer WOW experience.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Customer Onboarding
- Welcoming new customers and confirming install date.
- Confirming Scope of the work
- Customer Satisfaction
- Post Estimate Calls - Call every customer 24 hours after estimates are completed
- Gauge Satisfaction with the product 1-10
- Gauge Satisfaction with the rep 1-10
- Ask for Referrals / Reviews when appropriate
- Document all calls in CRM
- Confirm approaching estimates to confirm & answer any preliminary questions.
- Additional Responsibilities :
- Answer Inbound Calls (less than 3 rings)
- Own inbound appointment setting script
- Own inbound service call script.
- Working Grassroots events
- Attend appropriate L10s and manage a personal scorecard.
- Assist other Customer Experience reps with their workload when appropriate

Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one years related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
