BI Developer Senior

Position Title & Code : BI Developer Senior

Location : Washington, DC 20003 (Hybrid)

Project End Date : 09 / 30 / 2026 (With Possible extension to next fiscal year)

Responsibilities :

• Conduct analysis of data maintained in multiple sources and identify processes to validate the information.
• Coordinate the CFSA data management governance structure, perform required analysis tasks, and support CFSA staff in implementing recommendations.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed, production-level technical specifications, creating robust data models, data analysis features, and enhancements.
• Collect requirements for reports from program staff, prototype reports, and work with other vendors to deploy reports using the CFSA 365Dynamics platform.
• Write complex data joins to establish data measures across multiple tables.
• Modify existing reports and / or develop new reports by analyzing databases, data sources, and structures for the benefit of Users. Perform QA analysis on reports for accuracy and ensure reports meet the intended business needs.
• Manage Azure Data Services, including Synapse / Synapse Links, Azure SQL Pool, and Data Lake
• Deployment of reports

Minimum Education / Certification Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
