Job Summary
The Director, Ancillary Services, will oversee and lead the delivery of multifamily ancillary services including execution of strategic programs and projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, resident satisfaction and overall business performance within our multifamily portfolio. Location : Norfolk, Virginia, or Dallas, Texas, Corporate Office (On Site)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field. 8-12 years of experience in management of ancillary services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the multifamily real estate industry. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams. Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, resource allocation, and managing project lifecycles from inception to completion. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive results across teams. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in project management tools and advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting systems. Ability to navigate complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes effectively. Strong understanding of the multifamily industry, including market trends, best operational practices, and emerging technologies. Experience with multifamily property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage), preferred. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent, preferred.
