Program Manager 1
As a Program Manager 1, you are an essential member of our Technology team, managing programs that drive organizational excellence and employee engagement. Your collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial to the management and advancement of numerous business initiatives, with a strong focus on communications, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
Employee Engagement & Communications :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives and events to minimize conflicts and confusion.
- Organize and facilitate large monthly employee meetings as well as recognition meetings
- Create and distribute engaging employee communications
- Proactively communicate progress updates to cross-functional teams on program timelines
- Partner with HR and leadership to enhance employee experience programs
Content Management & Documentation :
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites for various technology initiativesClean up, organize, and optimize Confluence pages for improved usability and navigationCreate and maintain collaboration sites including Teams channels, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process mapsMaintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge repositoriesPartner with leaders and team to develop Technology Communications materials and contentStay current with platform updates and continuously learn new features to improve efficiencyProject Management :
Craft detailed project scope documents to accurately outline and define project boundariesCollaborate with colleagues across technology, product management, HR, and finance to track project milestonesMonitor ongoing projects and propose enhancements to operational processesHandle ad-hoc leadership requests and special initiatives with quick turnaround timesEffectively navigate decision-making processes within various organizational groupsCommunicate risks, document changes, and provide frequent status summaries to all stakeholdersEvent Coordination :
Organize scheduling for significant team events in conjunction with administrative supportCoordinate logistics for technology team meetings, workshops, and recognition eventsSupport leadership in planning and executing strategic initiativesRequired Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.Entry to mid-level professional with demonstrated growth potential.Proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint, Confluence, and Teams.Experience with data visualization tools and content management systems.Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new communication platforms and emerging technologies.Core Competencies :

Pay range details : $104,500.00 - $162,500.00 Annual. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses.
