The position of Inside Sales Account Manager sells DEMDACO products to potential and existing retail business establishments.
Candidates must reside local to our Headquarters in Leawood, KS. The position earns a base salary plus commission.

This is a great entry or re-entry into Marketing and Sales
We are also looking for an experienced manager to be trained in our standards to manage this team.
Little or no experience is necessary since candidates will be thoroughly trained by an industry expert consultant, trainer, and author.
You will learn marketing and sales skills and techniques along with listening skills that have been proven successful in all types of selling.
We will train you to be successful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

- Makes outbound calls to potential and existing customers by virtual appointment, telephone, text, and email to existing customers, inactive customers, and qualify leads to sell products and services.
- Utilizes lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses and other sources.
- Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
- Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
- Provides product overviews and presentations to qualified customers on request.
- Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
- Builds and maintains customer orders, reorders, and relationships.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
- Travels to and attends trade shows on an as needed basis.
Experience and Skills
Education / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University preferred but not a must.
- Some work history either full-time or part-time while in school.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Sales Force Automation Systems, EMUN, Concur, Web Based Data Presentation Systems and Business Intelligence Tools, Customer POS Systems, and must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams).
Compensation :
This is a good base salary plus commission with benefits career opportunity.
