About the Role

Eager to shape the future at a fast-growing, mission-driven company? We're looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help create an exceptional candidate journey from start to finish. As a key part of our talent acquisition team, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth, managing interview coordination and streamlining recruiting operations while delivering a seamless, positive experience for every candidate. You'll be the first impression of SandboxAQ, ensuring that candidates leave inspired about the opportunity to join our innovative team.

What You'll Do

• Take charge of coordinating our multi-step interview processes, ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth candidate journey.
• Serve as the central point of coordination to deliver a smooth, positive, and professional experience for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Build strong relationships with our candidates and internal team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and always confidential.
• Effectively partner with recruiters to bring creative recruiting operations ideas to life.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Track, manage, and optimize every interaction while serving as the go-to contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

About You

Nice to Have

The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $71k - $99k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
