Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 13214 TESSON FERRY location. Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
