Salesforce Administrator / Architect

1099 Contract with potential to convert to FTE

Compensation Range : $55 per hour.

As part of the Revenue Operations team reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement and the CMO, this is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to build, optimize, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem.

Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Architect to lead the management and evolution of our Salesforce environment.

This role goes beyond day-to-day administration. You'll proactively design, optimize, and rebuild Salesforce to support the strategic goals of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance , streamlining workflows and ensuring world-class reporting and analytics.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across geographies to deliver actionable insights, improve data quality, and ensure Salesforce evolves with our business.
