THE ROLE

We're seeking an exceptional leader who embodies our core values and is ready to take on the Bilingual Commercial Roofing Superintendent role. The ideal candidate :

As a Bilingual Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will lead teams to :

• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay within budget constraints.
• Deliver exceptional quality.
• Provide a superior end-to-end customer experience.
• Mentor and support team members in their personal and professional growth.

CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS :

• A minimum of 5 years of Foreman or higher experience within the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in managing demanding clients and devising innovative solutions to fulfill commitments and requests.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective verbal communication, especially when engaging with customers and clients.
• Familiarity with or ability to learn software applications in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proficiency in crafting reports and professional correspondence addressed to co-workers, vendors, and clients.
• Strong reading comprehension skills for technical documents such as safety regulations, assembly and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• The ability to identify instances of non-compliance with technical regulations and manufacturer standards, coupled with the capability to propose remedies for deficiencies or issues.
• Physical strength to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

THE PACKAGE

• Hourly pay with an opportunity to make $100,000-120,000 per year
