Job Title : Technical Program Manager, ServiceNow

Location : Foster City, CA (Hybrid schedule)

Duration : 6+ Months with potential to extend

Pay rate range : $85.00 - $95.00 / Hour on W2.

Description :

Looking for a senior technical program manager to support our initial implementation of ServiceNow. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our leaders, engineers, and users across HR, IT, Information Security, Procurement and Facilities to help us achieve our implementation goals.

You will work with teams to develop internal requirements and work with the integrators on project schedules, milestones, risks, while clearly communicating ongoing progress.

You may be required to facilitate UAT across various teams, including developing test scripts, tracking testing, and helping troubleshoot issues.

You will also work on the communications, change management, and training that will be required to rollout such a large-scale transformational tool at.

Our IT Applications team is in charge of developing, running, and implementing applications across many groups in the company.

Responsibilities :

Work with department leaders and users to translate business requirements into actionable items in support of a ServiceNow implementation.

Ensure every team involved understands what they need to deliver at all times.

Establish standard reports and decks to provide concise and effective communications to key stakeholders on program status, issues / risks, and accomplishments.

Ensure problems are transparent and risks are identified and proactively ensure that risk-mitigating actions are ongoing within relevant engineering teams.

Conduct demos of various modules and facilitate UAT.

Develop and support change management and training plans and curriculum.

Set agenda for key decisions to be made at each meeting to eliminate bottlenecks and retire risks.

Support key decisions working cross-functionally across many teams to reach the right conclusions.

Qualifications :

BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in program management or management consulting

Prior experience working with ServiceNow from an implementation point of view

Bonus Qualifications :

Experience running Agile sprints using the Scrum framework using Jira.

Strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Proficient in tools required to manage complex projects (i.e.Smartsheets, Confluence, or other gantt charting tools)

Strong references that highlight your ability to build strong working relationships with senior leaders and engineers across functions and departments.

An ability to keep the big picture in focus and to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to each appropriate audience.

Ability to manage confidential information.
