Key Responsibilities

Process and submit insurance claims, ensuring accuracy to minimize denials

Review patient accounts for insurance accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Identify denial trends and perform follow-ups, including appealing denied claims

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of insurance accounts receivable and post-claim follow-up experience

Preferred experience in physician claim billing

Knowledge of medical terminology and the insurance industry

Proficient in using computer programs and applications
