Must possess a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Special Education, 504, and School Law. Must be aware of relevant policies and procedures mandated by the State of DE including Comprehensive School Safety Program and Delaware Emergency Management Agency that promotes a safe school environment and includes training in areas such as; The RAVE Panic App, Navigate360, School Emergency Plans, Suicide Response, Child Abuse Prevention, Criminal Youth Gang, Teen Dating Violence, School Bullying Prevention, & Safe Positive Approach to Behavior. Must have experience and a working knowledge of e-School and data management systems in addition to Google Docs to monitor and track student data related to school discipline and climate. Skills Social perceptiveness – Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Coordination & Flexibility – Adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions, and an openness to accepting new assignments and duties. Communicating - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Abilities Oral comprehension – Able to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Oral expression – Able to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Master's degree
Must hold or be eligible to hold State of Delaware Professional License in Speech Language Pathology
Must hold or be eligible for State of Delaware license in Speech / Language Pathology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bilingual preferred
Will accept people in need of Clinical Fellowship Year
We will supervise to achieve Certificate of Clinical Competence
