Overview :

We are currently seeking resumes for a Switchboard Operator position. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and board members / directors, so it’s essential that they are professional, friendly, and well-presented.

Skills and Experience :

Requirements :

• Excellent computer skills; intermediate or higher proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• PBX switchboard experience preferred.
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and manage multiple extensions.
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude are a must.
