About the Opportunity : Aether, a subsidiary of Estoras Group, is launching Aether Financiala new division focused on delivering cloud-based bookkeeping services through Zoho Books. Estoras already runs on Zoho Books with experienced financial leadership in place. We are now looking to bring on an experienced Bookkeeper (or small bookkeeping firm) who is eager to grow their own practice within our ecosystem. This is more than a jobit's a business opportunity. We're offering a collaborative structure where you can build your client base under the Aether Financial banner, with full support from Estoras Group's operational, marketing, and systems infrastructure. Ideal for solo bookkeepers or small firms looking to level up.

What You'll Do :

Provide accurate and timely bookkeeping services for Aether and external clients.

Manage payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliations, monthly reporting, and GST / HST filings.

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.

Support integration planning for potential mergers or shared client servicing.

Embrace tools like Zoho Books (training and onboarding support provided).

Collaborate with Estoras' Finance Manager and leadership to shape Aether Financial's growth.

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (across various industries preferred).

Comfortable working remotely and using cloud-based financial tools.

Organized, self-managed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Growth-minded : interested in building a practice and potentially hiring a team.

Open to joint ventures, shared revenue models, or client base collaboration.

Familiarity with Zoho Books a strong asset (but not requiredtraining available).
