Lexington Electrical & HVAC : Be a Comfort Hero - HVAC Installer

Lexington Electrical & HVAC is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be a vital part of ensuring our residential and commercial clients stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Responsibilities :
- Install new HVAC systems according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions.
- Test and ensure proper functionality of installed systems.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining installations and repairs to clients.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and / or service.
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system components and operation.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
