Transaction Processing Supervisor

Responsibilities

Monitoring performance metrics (productivity, quality, attendance, etc.), coaching, and conducting / managing performance improvement plans.

Leading and assisting others in achieving daily / monthly personal / team goals.

Supervising daily tasks of complex business, technical support, or production teams.

Hiring and terminating staff.

Using knowledge to solve ongoing problems.

Requirements

Have a minimum of one year of supervision or management experience.

Demonstrate basic computer knowledge with the ability to be guided through troubleshooting system issues.

Ability to work unsupervised.

Possess working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Availability to work onsite from 4 : 00 PM to 12 : 30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Have a high school diploma.

Preferred

Hold a college degree.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and / or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $40,194.00-$52,200.
