About the Role

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced IT Healthcare Consultant to join our technology team supporting a large-scale healthcare IT initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft System Center Azure , and Windows Server Administration , along with experience implementing IT methodology frameworks in enterprise environments.

You will serve as a technical lead responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise-level systems that support critical healthcare operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment that values technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft System Center environments, including Service Manager, Orchestrator, and Cireson.
• Manage intake, design, and implementation of new Service Manager requests.
• Create and maintain Orchestrator workflows to automate service processes.
• Collaborate with technical staff and business stakeholders to define system requirements and produce clear documentation.
• Maintain and patch Service Manager and Orchestrator environments, ensuring system reliability and compliance.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of contact for Service Manager-related processes and projects.
• Recommend improvements in operational efficiency, reporting, and system performance.
• Support migration efforts for legacy systems to current standards.
• Provide after-hours support for critical projects and platform maintenance as needed.
