As the Director of Nursing , you will be responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of the nursing team and program. You will ensure all nursing services are delivered in accordance with established standards and regulations in compliance with license and credentialing requirements. The role also provides leadership and guidance to the nursing team to optimize and accomplish organizational goals.

Requirements :

• Registered Nurse with a full unencumbered license in the state seeking to practice.
• Bachelors in nursing (BSN)
• Two (2) years of management experience leading a team.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role may be required to drive for company purposes.
• Localized travel may be required to attend meetings and conferences.
