PositionPurpose

To oversee the production, maintenance, compliance, and quality assurance functions of our new facility in Reidsville, NC. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented leadership role requiring strong manufacturing engineering acumen . The Plant Manager will lead all manufacturing processes to ensure full alignment with company objectives, food safety systems, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of complex manufacturing systems and a drive for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Plant Manager experience in a $200M+ 24 / 7 manufacturing environment (REQUIRED)
• Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering , with proven experience in optimizing mechanical, process, and production systems (Preferred)
• New Plant Start-up Experience (Preferred)
• ISO 22000 : 2018 Certification (Preferred)
• Engineering Degree (Preferred)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software (REQUIRED)
• Experience with raw material handling and formulation (Preferred)
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail (REQUIRED)
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance background (REQUIRED)
• Expertise in scheduling, procurement, costing, and financial management (REQUIRED)
• Experience in Just-in-Time or Make-to-Order environments (REQUIRED)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset (REQUIRED)
