Your mission
Own asset reliability and the maintenance operation for a high-performing plant. You will align people, processes, and vendors to keep equipment safe, capable, and available.
What you’ll do
Provide clear direction, priorities, and performance expectations to the maintenance team.Create role-based training paths, elevate skills across levels, guide career planning, and complete annual reviews for direct reports.Evaluate facility maintenance needs and convert them into executable plans.Troubleshoot and repair production equipment (mechanical and electrical) to sustain operations.Implement, run, and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program.Administer calibration for scales, gauges, and measurement instruments.Lead plant upgrades and improvement projects.Approve parts and materials requisitions; schedule and oversee service vendors to our safety requirements.Monitor maintenance KPIs and financial performance against company goals.Recruit, interview, and recommend new maintenance hires.Coach for performance and apply corrective action when appropriate.Coordinate with Managers, Supervisors, and production teams on daily maintenance activities.Uphold housekeeping and 6S across workshops and lines.Address quality issues quickly and meet productivity standards.Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.Perform additional related tasks as required.Demonstrate our Core Values in all interactions : Accountability, Integrity, Respect, Safety, Sustainability, Innovation & Partnership.What you’ll bring
High School Diploma / GED and a Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent experience).7+ years of maintenance experience with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.Hands-on experience deploying and managing maintenance systems and processes.Clear communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; people-centered leadership style.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and quick to learn new software tools.Exceptional organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data.Physical demands and attendance
Physical Requirements :Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, squat, bend, twist and turn as needed to perform the job.
Must be able to climb ladders and stairs multiple times throughout the shift.
Must possess good manual and mechanical dexterity to perform job duties.
Remove tooling and properly reassemble using basic hand tools. Basic motor skills are required to perform the necessary mechanical aspects of this job in an efficient manner.
Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds multiple times throughout shift.
Must be able to wear required safety equipment.
