  • Job Overview - Marketing Operations Coordinator (Temporary) :

    Compensation : $30 - $40 / hour

    Location : Greenwich, CT

    Schedule : Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

    Atlantic Group is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator (Temporary) with our client in Greenwich, CT. This temp-to-perm role supports marketing content across print, digital, and events, manages product updates, coordinates workflows with Compliance and Legal, and assists with approvals, webinars, and fulfillment. Ideal for candidates with asset management marketing experience and strong technical skills.

    Responsibilities as the Marketing Operations Coordinator :

    • Content Coordination : Support the production and curation of marketing materials across print and digital channels.
    • Quarterly Updates : Manage updates to product collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with internal teams and Affiliates, including Compliance and Legal, to verify content and data inputs.
    • Workflow Management : Oversee daily marketing operations such as tracking, reporting, project management, and fulfillment.
    • Approvals & Compliance : Facilitate approval workflows and maintain quality control and archival standards.
    • Qualifications for the Marketing Operations Coordinator :

    • Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required.
    • Experience : 1-5 years of marketing operations experience in asset management or financial services required.
    • Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in Adobe Suite, and familiarity with Seismic or compliance platforms preferred.
    • Skills & Attributes : Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in fast-paced environments, with a motivated, collaborative, and professional approach to communication.
    • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with asset management, investment marketing, and compliance-driven communications preferred.
