Salary based on experience :
o $16 / hour, if you have P&C license
o $18 / hour, if you have both P&C and Life & Health
- Plus commission / bonus
- 401k after 1 yr of service; 3% match

- Opportunity, for the right person, to go from PT to FT (if desired)
Requirements
- 440 Customer Service License (must be able to obtain within 30 days )
- Must have active driver's license
- Sales experience outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
- Must be able to obtain the proper licenses to sell insurance prior to start
