Responsibilities
Embrace and practice the mission, principles, and values of SilveradoProvide guidance to community staff, empower department leaders, and oversee community operationsEnsure compliance with State, Federal, and County regulationsTeach Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to staff and implement them consistentlyPartner with Talent Acquisition for successful hiring outcomesCounsel and direct staff, review evaluations, and recommend advancement and compensation changesFoster open communication with residents and their families to maintain a peaceful environment and respond to requests, complaints, and input to establish care standardsManage the financial operations of the community by developing, implementing, and administering budgets and supervising business office operationsQualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a healthcare leader in assisted living, long-term care, or related fieldWorking knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulationsStrong background in setting performance expectations, coaching, delegating, driving change, and resolving conflictsDedication to working with seniors with memory impairment in a culturally diverse workforceState-specific licensure strongly preferredValid driver’s license and good driving record required; compliance with all state and federal driving regulationsEligibility to drive with driving-required roles; reassignment or termination may occur if license is not maintainedComfortable working in environments with pets and assisting in care of community petsMay be required to work outside regular hours based on business needsWhat you’ll be doing
Provide leadership consistent with Silverado’s mission and valuesOversee community operations and staff guidanceEnsure compliance with regulatory requirementsEnsure TQM is taught and applied across staffCollaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring successOffer counsel and direction to staff, review evaluations, and recommend advancement where appropriateMaintain open communication with residents and families to support a high-quality care environmentManage the community’s budgets and business office operationsAnticipated pay range : $170,000 USD - $190,000 USD
