Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to shape the future of flavor in North America? As Sales Director for our Taste Division, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on building strong customer relationships and driving growth across key Flavor accounts. Your Key Responsibilities

  • The Sales Director leads a regional team to achieve sales results, aligning regional strategy with global objectives and market opportunities within the North America Flavor market segments.
  • This role will lead and mentor Account Managers, driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and setting clear targets through ongoing training.
  • This role involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and collaborating with business development on product launches.
  • The individual in this role will engage key customers to strengthen relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize regional sales activities, allocate resources, and make strategic and operational decisions to maximize revenue, profits, manage the budget, and ensure efficient team function in alignment with company strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within the North American Food & Beverage industry and a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, strategic accounts with strong financial acumen, contract negotiation skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating diverse sales teams, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the agility to lead through change and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically, including regular visits to the Princeton office and key customer locations.
