Job description
A company is looking for an Automation Specialist - Freelance, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbox and outreach, prioritizing high-priority messages and scheduling meetings
Design and implement automations and a partner recruitment system to streamline operations
Support event logistics and project operations, ensuring deliverables are organized and actionable
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in supporting executives or operations in fast-paced environments
Proven experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make
Hands-on experience with Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn, and project management tools like Notion or Airtable
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic setting
Must have a reliable computer setup and internet connection for remote work
