Job Description
Title : Strategic Consultant, Rapid Prototyping
Norstella seeks a skilled professional with a background in Market Access to join our team. We look for a creative innovator who believes building, testing, and learning at speed unlocks growth and customer value.
You'll drive rapid prototyping, AI, and customer focus to launch breakthrough offerings. Working across teams and with customers, your role is to spot opportunities, bring them to life quickly, and gather proof points to move the business forward.
Responsibilities
Prototype what's next : Harness AI tools and no-code platforms to rapidly build and test market-ready concepts—often in days, not months.
Validate in the field : Lead experiments and co-creation sessions with customers to ensure offerings hit real market needs.
Ignite a learn-fast and AI-first culture : Champion experimentation, data-driven learning, and agile pivots; lead by example and share experience to accelerate innovation.
Shape new business : Translate early wins into compelling market offerings, helping grow new revenue streams and future markets.
Partner for impact : Collaborate with internal teams and customers as a high-energy catalyst behind next-gen market plays.
Identify market patterns and evolving trends to shape new product ideas and innovation.
Define, refine, and communicate product vision and user stories to development teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and drive product enhancements.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and align on product strategy and roadmap.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and updates from stakeholders and clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of the market, regulations, and market access challenges to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with the UX / UI design team to create intuitive product interfaces.
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Consulting or Market Development and / or Innovation in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Fluent with rapid prototyping tools, low code / AI assistants or have developed AI-powered products; thrive working with customers and co-creating value.
Led, launched, or delivered business-impacting initiatives that didn't exist before.
Thrive on collaboration, quick feedback loops, and making smarter bets faster.
Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred
Background in Market Access within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience using SQL or other data access tools for self-discovery of data.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
