Technical Consultant

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant responsible for managing and implementing configurations for client projects involving a specific product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements and change requests for successful project delivery

Manage configurations based on detailed project plans and well-defined business requirements

Create testing plans and track customer acceptance testing, ensuring final client approval

Required Qualifications

College / University Degree

2+ years of external client-facing technical project involvement with financial services clients

2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based software solutions company

Proven track record of documenting and executing test cases

Ability to collaborate with project teams to meet client expectations
