We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities :
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Intake patients, vitals, chief complaint, past medical history, surgical history
- Run In Office Point Of Care Tests
- Answer Office Calls
- Schedule Appointments
- Trouble shoot patient call & EMR portal messages
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in OBGYN / Reproductive healthcare a PLUS
- Strong Communication skills a MUST
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player
- Punctual & Reliable
