About the Opportunity Sustainable Talent is proud to partner with Ford on one of the most ambitious workforce initiatives in the countrythe launch of BlueOval City, a 6-square-mile EV and battery manufacturing campus in Stanton, Tennessee. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Lead to provide onsite leadership and guidance across hourly, technical trade, and salaried recruitment. This role is hands-on, strategic, and highly visibleensuring Ford has the workforce it needs to power the future of electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Hiring Manager Enablement

• Develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies across hourly, technical trade, and salaried positions.
• Train and coach hiring managers on best practices in recruiting, interviewing, bias mitigation, and selection.
• Foster an "always-on" hiring culture with engaged and accountable hiring teams.
