A company is looking for a Director of Operations II to lead operational activities in the Complex Claims division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead teams to achieve financial objectives and operational success
Contribute to business development to enhance market share and service offerings
Oversee employee evaluations and ensure continuous improvement of operational processes
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA / MHA) or related field
Three years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading at least 10 people
Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations
Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
