What You'll Do

  • Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders for precision mechanical components.
  • Work from blueprints and process sheets to meet manufacturing specifications.
  • Inspect work for quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations for machining processes.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area while adhering to safety protocols.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating precision grinding machines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English.
  • Moderate physical demand; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Salary, Shifts & Location

    Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus a shift differential. This position is for the 2nd shift in Downers Grove.
