Responsibilities

• Innovate and Optimize : Develop and refine algorithms for ads retrieval, ranking, CTR or CVR prediction, auto bidding, and auction mechanism design.
• Drive Quality and ROI : Proactively devise new solutions to enhance ad quality and maximize advertiser ROI.
• Collaborate Globally : Work with cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver cutting-edge advertising solutions.
• Lead and Inspire : Demonstrate leadership and self-motivation in driving projects from conception to completion.
