Typical Shifts : Monday - Friday (weekend overtime has been mandatory due to business needs)

• 1st Shift : 6am -2 : 30pm (Mondays shift start early to help with Facility Start Up)
• 2nd Shift : 2pm - 10 : 30pm
• (Shift differential available)
• 3rd Shift : 10pm -6 : 30am
• (Shift differential available)

Being a Processing Operator means being at the heart of how we make our products. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll learn how to run equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our production lines moving smoothly. This is a great opportunity to build valuable skills, take on more responsibility, and be part of a team that makes a real impact every day. Plus, if you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working with machines, and seeing the results of your work, this role is for you.

Our processing area is where we prepare, mix, extrude, cut, and oversee the production of the fig-bars across our production lines. We have four lines onsite. Here's a simple overview of what each part does :

Ideal candidates : Experience with inventory management, SAP or similar systems, data tracking, and processing. Forklift experience. Those comfortable with physical work, machine operation, and quick task management. Attention to detail, focus, experience with older or less mobile workers, self-starters.

Physical demands : Heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, operating machinery. (must have ability to lift 50 lbs.)
