Position Summary :
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Coordinator is a grant-funded position that reports to the Director of Accountability and Assessments. This role is responsible for maintaining fiscal oversight of the WIOA program at Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools (HCCTS), ensuring compliance with WIOA regulations, monitoring program expenditures, and aligning financial management with program objectives. The WIOA Coordinator plays a key role in optimizing budget efficiency, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and overseeing program implementation to support workforce development initiatives that benefit students and stakeholders.
