We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Folder Gluer Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are assembled with precision and quality. Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Folder Gluer Operator, your core responsibilities will include :

1. Operating and maintaining folder gluer machines to meet production goals.

2. Ensuring the machine is set up correctly and producing quality products.

3. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.

4. Clearing jams in the machine and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

5. Conducting regular inspections of the machine to ensure it is in good working order.

6. Making necessary adjustments to the machine to improve performance and quality.

7. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

8. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

9. Reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

10. Keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Folder Gluer Operator position will have the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Folder Gluer Operator or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.

2. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.

3. Experience in clearing jams and ensuring machine runs smoothly.

4. Strong technical skills and knowledge of folder gluer machines.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong communication skills and the ability to report issues promptly.

8. Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

9. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

10. High school diploma or equivalent.
