Lakeshore Talent is in search of a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s dedicated clinic team in Aurora, Colorado. Position : Clinic Registered Nurse
Location : Aurora, CO
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $41.73 – $54.28 per hour (DOE)
About the Role
As a Clinic Registered Nurse , you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to older adults in a collaborative clinical environment. You will support participants in maintaining their health, independence, and well-being through skilled nursing care, education, and coordination across the care team. This is a hands-on nursing role where your clinical expertise and heart for service will make a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with clinical standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
Assist in examinations, testing, and treatments while ensuring a positive experience for participants.
Implement provider orders and triage participant and staff calls to ensure timely and appropriate care.
Administer medications and treatments while providing education and training on self-administration and compliance.
Observe, document, and communicate participant conditions, treatment responses, and care needs.
Support the interdisciplinary care team by contributing to individualized care plans and participating in care meetings.
Supervise and mentor clinic support staff, including LPNs, LVNs, and Medical Assistants.
Ensure exam and triage areas are properly stocked and organized.
Promote health education and wellness for participants and their families.
Provide occasional after-hours or holiday coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Colorado
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain)
1+ year of experience working with frail or elderly populations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
1+ year of acute care nursing experience
3+ years of healthcare experience with an emphasis in geriatrics
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Russian, Punjabi, or Hmong
