Your Role on the Team

Position Summary :

Reporting to the Associate Chief, incumbents perform the full range of basic diagnostic radiologic procedures and perform the advanced level diagnostic procedures . In addition, responsibilities include : equipment maintenance and replacement evaluation, PAC's and RIS integrity, Quality Management, cost management and emergency response preparedness for the Diagnostic. Incumbent will supervise employees in Diagnostic, (make hiring decisions / recommendations, ensure appropriate training / development of staff, ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling, administer corrective / disciplinary action), appropriately communicate relevant Diagnostic Radiology information, and ensure policies and procedures are updated and conformed to.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required Qualifications :

• Venipuncture license / certification
• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology
• Fluoroscopy license / certification
• Current BLS certification
• CRT license / certification
• ARRT license / certification
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
