A company is looking for a Senior HR Technology Analyst to support Workday configuration and provide tier-2 support for end users.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver projects and troubleshoot issues related to Workday total rewards modules
Gather business needs and translate them into technical deliverables in the Workday application
Analyze current processes and provide solutions in Workday to bridge gaps between existing and future needs
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of Workday Total Rewards configuration experience
Workday Pro Certifications are a plus
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Experience working in an agile project delivery environment
Experience creating and processing EIB files to support mass business transactions
