Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to join a reputable healthcare facility in Great Barrington, Massachusetts . Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating and treating patients
  • Carry out therapy plans to improve independence in daily living skills and functional ability
  • Document patient progress and update care records accurately
  • Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Support discharge planning and team care meetings

    • Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
