A company is looking for an Interim Accounting Specialist to provide support for key financial operations during a planned leave within the Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records
Review and process employee and contractor expense submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Experience with ADP payroll systems
