Job descriptionDiagnose and repair heavy equipment such as skid steers, telehandlers, forklifts, mixers, and trucks Maintain and repair small gas-powered equipment : compactors, power saws, generators, trowels, etc. Perform preventative maintenance and emergency field repairs Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical issues, and small engines Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs Ensure all equipment is safe and job-ready Minimum 4 years of experience in heavy equipment and small engine repair Proficient in troubleshooting diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and gas-powered equipment Ability to work independently in the field and in a team environment in the shop Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred but not required) Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset

Masonry Solutions Midwest is a well-established masonry contractor based in Mt. Clemens, MI. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment & Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. This position involves both field and shop work, maintaining a wide range of equipment used in masonry and construction.
