Senior Identity and Access Management Cybersecurity Engineer

Cox Automotive is looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. If you have a strong background in identity governance solutions and are proficient in using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions that meet organizational needs. Your expertise will enable you to troubleshoot complex identity issues and assure secure, scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stay ahead of emerging IAM trends to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including workflows, connectors, and custom rules.
• Troubleshoot complex identity-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and application owners, to deliver IAM solutions that align with business objectives.
• Apply best practices in identity governance, access control, and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Deliver high-quality code with comprehensive documentation, while adhering to change management and version control standards.
• Stay current with emerging IAM trends, SailPoint updates, and security frameworks.
• Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms) for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.

Compensation :

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 99,000.00 to 165,000.00, depending on your qualifications and experience.
