Trade Document Control Specialist

A company is looking for a Trade Document Control Specialist to lead the Tariff Recovery Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of the Tariff Recovery Initiative, including planning, analysis, and implementation

Analyze import / export data to identify tariff payments and recovery opportunities

Prepare and submit documentation for duty drawbacks, reclassification, or refund claims

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)

Experience in coordinating with customs brokers and trade consultants

Ability to track project milestones and ensure compliance with trade regulations

Experience in presenting findings and progress to senior leadership
