Senior Voice of the Customer Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior VoC Analyst - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with various analytics functions to enrich Voice of the Customer (VoC) data

Analyze customer sentiment and feedback to identify trends and opportunities

Manage Medallia data sources and automate data outputs for reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of experience in Voice of the Customer analytics or related fields

2+ years of experience with Medallia and at least 1 year with SQL

Proficiency in Tableau (including Tableau Prep) and Excel

Experience with Alteryx is a plus
