The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key ambassador of Wrapbook's brand and culture, playing a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver exceptional candidates. You'll help strengthen our recruiting foundation by contributing to scalable processes, leveraging creative sourcing strategies, and representing Wrapbook with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer discussions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and well-organized processes.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, events, referrals, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share insights, improve processes, and enhance recruiting tools and systems.
• Provide hiring teams with guidance on interviewing best practices and equitable assessment.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to ensure alignment and transparency with stakeholders.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives that strengthen Wrapbook's employer brand and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
