The Regional Director, Human Resources partners with Behavioral Health Division operations to provide leadership in the development and execution of human resources strategy. Provides critical support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization for our multiple behavioral health facilities across designated geographic territory. Provides HR leadership, direction, and technical expertise in a variety of HR areas including but not limited to HR strategy, talent acquisition process, employee retention, organizational change, employee relations, regulatory compliance, compensation, wage and hour, etc. Provides HR coverage for the C-Suite employees located within assigned BH Facility(s). Functions as an HR generalist and oversees key organizational processes, including but not limited to : development and interpretation of HR policies and Employee Handbooks, partner with Company labor relations department, assists with Corporate Legal with external complaints (e.g., EEOC, State Civil Rights, OSHA, and NLRB position statements, etc.), trending employee relations data, development and presentation of HR competency training programs, conducting regular site visits, HRD orientation, and other training programs, etc. Provides regular support to Corporate Director, Human Resources with special project assignments.

• A Master's degree from a fully accredited college / university is highly preferred. Bachelor Degree is required.
• 10+ years experience preferred.
• A professional certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Must have strong HR Generalist background to assist Director with special projects assignments (e.g., to facilitate field HR operational efficiency, competency development for field HRDs, etc.).
• Up to 25% travel.
