• Our client, a respected health services organization, is seeking a Regional Director  to oversee operations across multiple centers in the New Jersey region.
• This strategic role is focused on driving operational excellence, compliance, and growth—while fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
• What You’ll Do Lead and support Center Directors to ensure high-quality care and strong team performance Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, staffing, and strategic planning across multiple sites Drive growth through community outreach, marketing, and strong census performance Coach and mentor site leaders, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous professional development Monitor financial performance and implement process improvements Ensure all locations are aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements What We’re Looking For 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare, adult day care, or senior services environment Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN or degree in a health-related field is a plus Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills Comfortable traveling 50% or more across the region Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Please note that this job description is confidential, and we cannot disclose the name of our client until we complete a candidate phone screen.
