Shift : 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts / week, 36 hours / week)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,630 - $1,750 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania RN license preferred)

BLS Certification (required before first shift)

ACLS Certification (required before first shift)

Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical nursing experience

ICU experience highly desired

Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and create individualized care plans for Med / Surg patients

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a medical-surgical setting

Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and new staff

Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in electronic health records

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals in team conferences

Initiate discharge planning and provide patient education

Maintain a safe hospital environment by following healthcare safety protocols

Delegate tasks and provide training to ancillary staff

Engage in ongoing professional development and foster a positive healthcare team culture
