About The Position

If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Critical Care Unit (CCU) in Glenwood Springs, CO this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions, such as cardiac failure, sepsis, respiratory distress, and post-surgical complications.
• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, neurological status, and overall condition.
• Administer and manage complex medications, including vasoactive drugs, sedatives, anticoagulants, and pain management therapies.
• Operate and monitor life-supporting equipment, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and intra-aortic balloon pumps.
